Hi there I found fix for the incompatibility with dlcs!
You just need to add in the heroes files ("heroxyz.info.darkest") 2 things! (found at True Heroesv\heroes\ ) 1. add another tag for example for abomination it is "tag: .id "outsiders_bonfire"" 2. add in the "generation:" 3 arguments at the start ".is_generation_enabled true" and at the end ".number_of_cards_in_deck 6 .card_chance 1.0"
Unfortunately, each hero has to be edited separately :/
When you change that everything should work normally! Unless I missed something anyway have fun with dlcs or even mods!

Needs patched for crimson court and shield breaker dlc, stage coach will only give falgulant and shieldbreaker recruiots with this installed if dlc is also installed
Mod was not working with the latest version, so I edited the files a little to make it work. The problem was in the heroes files. For anybody interested here are my patched files. www.filedropper.com/heroes_4
Dunno what is wrong with the mod but I keep getting crashes to the Desktop when trying to end a dungeon even with your patch (using the latest version)
You will need Beyond Compare 4 Portable. This lets you compare text files, you can download it for free. Thing is, I'm not a modder, at first I had no idea what I was doing, but it's actually not that complicated. It took me at least 30 minutes to realize how things going to work out and how the files are built, but after that the editing was done in 15 minutes. I left the changes made in numbers, but took out everything else that was added. There were only 4-5 ability related texts like that, I was guessing there was a change in these which caused the crash. The first thing you do is MAKE A BACKUP of all these files. Also you will have to check the inventory/scripts/upgrades files too, that are included in the mod. It should not be that hard, but the latest update sounded pretty big, so there might be some bigger changes.
Enjoy the changes you have made to the heroes, however, my game crashes to desktop whenever I try to head back to town from the dungeon. Is there any chance that this will be updated to support the latest version 16707?
Having the same problem, the complete gameplay works fine throughout the mission, but as soon as you try to get back to town, it crashes. Resetting the files and retrying works, but changing the files twice for every mission isn't that much fun.
Hello,is there any way to uninstall this mod? I mean it's great and all,but it makes the game too easy for me.The problem is that I forgot to save my files before installing,so I wanna ask-am I stuck with this mod or can I uninstall it somehow? Thanks
I also thought that I could take the game save files,uninstall the game and then install it again,putting the save files there... the problem is that I cannot find anything related to 'save files'
You don't need to uninstall anything. Simply restore the original files which were overwritten by my mod. If you don't know what files, look in the .rar archive of my mod.
