Hi, I tried manual install and later replacing files and both times my game crashes because of quirks.json (Tough and TEST for manual, Stalwart for replacing) which I didn't even touch. Any idea how is that possible, or what should I do now?
Edit: I didn't have any other mods changing those files and the secnd time I had no mods at all
Your description refers to "base_buffs.JSON" and "base_effects.JSON", but what you really meant was "base.buffs.JSON" and "base.effects.DARKEST". I know that's nitpicky, but I also wanted to mention that those files don't have to be overwritten. You can create new files like "better_antiq.buffs.JSON" and "better_antiq.effects.DARKEST" and the game should read them too.
Otherwise, I really like the idea of this mod and I'm gonna use it!
yeah i'm just too lazy to recheck the name, and just type in what i remember i didn't know you can do "better_antiq.buffs.JSON", thanks for telling me those, do we need to link to the file or just put it and the game will automatically read it?

I think it only worked if you create new class and not vanilla class
@assert failed
(pBuffInstance!=nullptr
Trait library load in trait_library.cpp line 84
trait stalwart has invalid buff STUNRESIST25
Then game crashes
any ideas?

Hmm it should've not do anything like that, my mod only modify "antiquarian.info.darknest"
"base_buffs"
"base_effect"
it SHOULD'VE, do you have backup file? If you have does replacing with the original file remove this error?
*edit :
My bad, i'll upload a newer version
