WARNINGS:

- Do NOT use the UseCloudSave.bat batch file unless you have already previously run CreateCloudSave.bat on another system, otherwise YOUR SAVES WILL BE LOST.
- Do NOT use the CreateCloudSave.bat if you already successfully ran it once on any device. You might risk replacing your cloud save with your local, possibly empty save files.
- Do not move the new save folder, or you will break the symbolic link and the game will no longer load from and save to that folder.
- Also, obviously, do not use this unless you have Dropbox, Google Drive or another similar cloud folder solution installed on your computer.

Instructions:

1. To make your current save a cloud save:

This is to be used on the system where you now play the game.

Run the CreateCloudSave.bat batch file, and then enter your local cloud folder location.

The default folder location for Dropbox is: C:\Users\<User>\Dropbox
The default folder location for Google Drive is: C:\Users\<User>\Google Drive

This will place the save folder in your root cloud folder. For instance, if my Dropbox folder is D:\Dropbox, my saves will now be stored in D:\Dropbox\DarkSoulsIII.

2. To make the game use your cloud save instead of a local one:

This is to be used on a second system or your new/formatted system, AFTER previously running CreateCloudSave.bat on your original or primary system.

Run the UseCloudSave.bat batch file, and then enter your local cloud folder location.

Disclaimer:

I've made these two batch files for my own personal use. Please use them at your own discretion. I will not be held responsible for any loss of files or data caused by using them.
