Amazing Mod! Well-made, had a lot of fun already. However, on Boss Rush, the Game Crash right after I defeated Soul of Cinder and Warping to the next Boss.
I do own the Ashes of Ariandel DLC, but not Ringed City. What is the Order of the Bosses in the Boss Rush? I though Ariandel was the 1. DLC, and Ringed City, the 2.? Are is miss informed?

Still much Fun I had on Boss Rush and Random Mode, atm Sandbox, I abort the Progress Mode at Sullyvahn. Maybe I restart Progress mode at some point.
Yeah, me too, I just restarted and selected the Gravetender/Wolf from the List, and it worked. Don't know what exactly happened, after I had defeat Soul of Cinder.
I thought about Random Feature. If I understand it right, this will teleport me to a Random Boss from either Basegame or both DLC.... So Because I only have Ariandel... I should not use that Feature I guess? Is there some way to Exclude Ringed City from the Random and Boss Rush List?
Is this possible with the Custom Slots? Have to dive into it later.
You can add exclusions to the random feature, and you can also create your own Boss Rush slots to exclude the DLC bosses you don't have. Both things are explained in this document.
So the Crashes are Randomly. I did a few Boss Rush now, One goes without any Issue till Friede... And I abort Friede because I hate her xD The next one goes till Soul of Cinder, and I go back to the Firelink Shrine...
Now I got a third Boss Rush doing with some Challange, like wearing the Armor of the Boss, and His Weapon... or if they had no Armor just Wearing the Basic leather Armor. This Boss Rush going till Yhorm, iirc next would be Aldritch? But The Game crashes. On Previous Rush, it never crash on Aldritch.
Hi, it's fun to play this mod together with a friend using Seamless Coop, but we really miss having different loot drops for each of us (right now, it's the same).
That's a limitation of Seamless Coop, because the item rewards are handled with flags and those flags are synced from the host to the guest. There's no way around that, it's just how the game works.
Sad. I would also like to ask: sometimes bosses die as soon as we enter the arena (for example, Old Demon King). Is this related to your mod or to Seamless Coop?
Then it must be a buggy interaction with Seamless Coop. The defeat flags for the bosses are never set otherwise, so there's nothing on the Boss Arena side that would be causing that.
as i said before the game literally doesnt start. whenever i try to launch the mod a couple windows pop up for a millisecond and then nothing happens after. i can't post a picture here for some reason but elden ring mod works perfect but for some reason only ds3 doesnt work. i also checked the whole troubleshooting document and nothing seems to have helped. its the first time ever that im downloading a ds3 mod so its deffo not dll files or whatev. im clueless
Looks like Mod Engine 2 is unable to find/launch your game for some reason. In my experience this is always due to game installs that have been tampered with or Windows file permission issues.
You could try using Mod Engine 1 instead, along with replacing the game executable with the version 1.15 exe found here. To use Mod Engine 1:
1) Copy dinput8.dll and modengine.ini to the game install folder (where DarkSoulsIII.exe is).
2) Copy the entire Boss Arena "mod" folder to the game install folder (the actual folder, not just the contents).
3) Run the game, either directly via the .exe or via Steam.
Hey, This is one of the coolest things ive found able to download as a mod for souls games. But sadly it wont work, ive tried your installation instructions on the actual mod, ive tried what you say here by downgrading. And I am not able to make it work. I am trying to use the sandbox and not the campaign if that has to do with anything. anything would help, thanks!
What happens exactly when you say it doesn't work? Does it crash, does the game launch but unmodified, does it not launch...?

For anyone reading this, the problem was Mod Engine 1 being installed in the game folder and it conflicting with ME2. You can use ME1, but then you need to add the "mod" folder from Boss Arena to the game folder and verify that "modOverrideDirectory" in modengine.ini is set to modOverrideDirectory="\mod" (which it is by default). Also, ME1 requires a 1.15 DS3 executable.
What a brilliant mod. This includes all the options I wanted in a mod like this. Replay bosses infinitely, create any custom build, respawn right outside fog gate after death... It's perfect for practicing my favourite bosses. 10/10 mod!
In case it helps anyone, I am using the 1.15.0 exe game version alongside Mod Engine 1. I tried using Mod Engine 2 but it wouldn't run. ME1 ran perfectly tho.
