when i run the new DarkSoulsIII.exe after the downpatcher they give me an error "this app cant run on your pc - to find a version for your pc. check with the software publisher"
So, given that DS3 now has Seamless Co-op, is there any way to make it (Seamlesss) compatible for v.1.15.0? Currently, it throws up and error if Seamless is run with the older executable; while, mods (Mod Engine) does not seem to run with v1.15.2... =/
Did you patch your DS3 exe? Or did you just rename the .bps patch file to "DarkSoulsIII.exe"? From your wording, it sounds like you did the second one, which will not work. You need to take your existing exe and use the bps file to modify it. Make sure to read the instructions carefully.
If you followed the instructions, then just make sure your game is up-to-date prior to patching (this will only work on version 1.15.2), and make sure your antivirus software isn't preventing the game from running.
every time i try to open the file after putting it inside ds3's game folder it just says "application load error 3:0000065434" and doesn't open in any way
Are you sure your game is up to date? The patch won't work if your exe is any version other than 1.15.2. I also can't speak to whether or not it works on pirated copies.
Check to see if your antivirus software is blocking it. I doubt it would trigger it, but maybe if Steam is expecting something else? If that's the case, whitelist the file (or temporarily disable your antivirus), and restart your computer.
I'm not too involved in the DS3 modding scene anymore so I don't know if these even exist, but if there's private servers or multiplayer mods (similar to Seamless Co-op for Elden Ring) those probably work. But I wouldn't be the person to ask
If there was any stuttering introduced by patch 1.15.2 , then yes lol but I have no idea if that happened. All this does is revert your game to an earlier patch, to make it compatible with some mods. There was no intent to reduce stuttering
