I have a question! Would you be willing to port one more? There's a cut content armor set from Demon's Souls on PS3 that looks fantastic, it's a prototype knight set. It's at the 1 minute mark in this video. If you have time or energy to do that I would be grateful!
Have you considered porting the other female variations of the armor sets such as the Thief and Wizard sets? What you have so far is already quite good though they look a bit strange on female characters due to the proportions.
i'm having a lot of trouble with the directions - it feels like something is missing. What is the "Cinders file" you're referring to?
Edit:
I figured it out. the instructions were made assuming you have the cinders mod installed. if you have the cinders mod installed, you just copy the files from their respective folders into the parts folder in cinders.
If you don't want to have cinders installed and enjoy this mod, this is what i did to get it to work:
make a folder named cinders in your game directory make a folder named parts in your cinders directory put the appropriate files from the demons souls armor mod into the parts file
now to get the mod engine settings right so the armors will show up, do this: download the mod cinders: https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/mods/310?tab=files copy the "dinput8.dll" and "modengine.ini" files from the cinders mod into your game directory - you can discard the actual cinders mod. this might seem like a big pain in the ass, but you're basically installing the mod engine this way. you could probably just install mod engine the proper way and tinker with the settings to get it right, but this was easier for me
