hi uh i installed the mod and everything works just fine but none of the enemies' attacks have vfx (spells and projectiles) and all of them are invisible. would greatly appreciate a solution! thanks

its easy to miss any little step that has to be done to get both mods to work without any crash here is my way to get it work
1. The ModEngine and dinput8.dll you need are in the ModEngine folder inside of the Enemy Randomizer folder !!! DS3 can work with the standart ModEngine and dinput8.dll too, but you will get crashes in Undead Settlement or when entering Abyss Watchers. So you have to use the data from the Enemy Randomizer. Open ModEngine folder, copy "dinput8.dll" and "modengine.ini" to \DARK SOULS III\Game
2. Open modengine.ini and change modOverrideDirectory="\mod" to modOverrideDirectory="\randomizer"
3. Create a new folder and name it "mod" in \DARK SOULS III\Game
4. In Enemy Randomizer folder run pooremma.exe , it will create a folder named "map"
5. Copy folders "map" "event" "script" "sfx" "Data0.bdt" to mod folder (the folder in step 3)
6. Unzip DS3StaticItemRandomizer.zip directly into your DS3 game directory - "C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game" by default. The zip archive contains only a folder called 'randomizer', which contains the randomizer executable and all other files. This folder must be added directly to \DARK SOULS III\Game
7. In the 'randomizer' folder, run DS3Randomizer.exe to open the UI. Choose your settings, select "Merge mods" in the right corner to get the Item Randomizer work together with Enemy Randomizer, click "Randomize", and wait for "Done" in the status bar. This will also create a hint/spoiler text file in the 'spoiler_logs' folder for that run, which should be the last file alphabetically.
8. If the starting character weapons/armor and first enemys are different, then it's working. You may soft lock if you change the item randomizer seed or options in the middle of a playthrough.

i tried following your instructions but when i make a new seed i get this "error encountered: Entity 2888000 does not exist in map; cannot randomize it It may work to try again with a different seed. See most recent file in spoiler_logs directory for the full error." EDIT: nvm i found a way to fix it
