Future stuff on the table: Vendor prices reconsidered for items - many things are just too affordable. Already changed Purging Stones, because they were just too common to make curses the concern they ought to be.
Maybe, but assume no. Aside from the vendor prices things and some very minor tweaks to certain armors, there's not too much I'd want to change with it. I'm pretty happy with how I have it.
Nevermind my previous comment, I already finished the game with this mod and I had a blast, such a vastly different experience from Vanilla from start to finish.
I had no problems farming items and getting what I needed, Armor and Rings felt appropriately more powerful, I specially liked the change to the Cat's Ring (I love Stamina) and the Physical Defense Ring. I'm not going to lie, I was annoyed by the Slow Movement speed that Medium and Heavy armor had, so depending on the boss and the area I would constantly either run naked or equip light gear to not deal with the Turtle running speed.
But either way, I felt like these changes made the game more balanced, specially the fact that in Late game You're not getting 1 or 2 Shotted by random bs, You can actually tank up to 5-6 Hits depending on your armor.
The thing I disliked was the Slow Movement Speed from wearing Armor, but I guess it's appropriate for the sake of 'Balance' and Realism.
I don’t see a single comment after 2022, I want to say thank you for this magnificent and labor-intensive process, it’s a pity that it is so underrated. This is my first time writing a comment here, even though I’ve already downloaded hundreds of mods for more than one game. This mod makes me so happy!
The lightning infusion is insanely powerful on nearly everything barring Ornstein which really shouldn't have surprised me mid battle like it did. But I must confess its like listening to a buzz saw, if I had a suggestion maybe either remove it, or, if possible, play it at lower volume? Its just the most grating sound sadly. Otherwise I've had some fun with it so far.
i may or may not get a reply within the next decade, but is the drake sword otherwise unchanged apart from the attack modifier? Does it also gain scaling, or is it still kind of junk? (I love the look of the DRS, but somehow there are no mods to give it scaling, and due to standard DS3 modding hijinks, I am unable to get Cinders.)
Dragon weapons don't have scaling, but they do have bonus damage vs "god" type enemies such as Gwynn and O&S. Only exceptions are MLGS and Priscilla's dagger, since they're already potent.
