Save game with all Characters Max Level Right after the Tutorial.
Exept my playthrough character, who is Ryan at Level 22 but with the story finished and a handful of side missions completed.

Lost your save to that Horrible SAVED GAME FAILED Bug thats going around? or Just want a New Game Plus style game for your Dead Island 2 experience?
Anyway,
its a savegame. Check the SS.
Ryan is a Level 22 toon, 24 Story missions complete, 5 Side missions. So its an endgame character with room to move
Everyone else is Level 30, 1 Story mission complete.
No extra money or items are added at this stage, but most likely would do that if need be ;)
Backup your save file if you dont want to lose or... just replace the DeadIsland2savgame.sav file with this one
Install???
Copy the Savegame file to appdata\local\DeadIsland\Saved\savegames
