Could you please be more descriptive. I am looking for characters (the slayers in the game) Who are more or less at the start of the game, but have all skill cards and weapon perks unlocked or as many as it will allow to be unlocked. Something like a new game plus. Not a all characters at level 30 but no skills, perks, mods unlocked yet. Could you please provide more clarity in your description.
Good mod for a new game plus! The only issue though is the weapons at the beginning when you start a new game does not scale with your current lvl. So for example at the beginning mission in Bel-Air, the zombies are at lvl 29 but the wrench you pick up at the garage is at lvl 2 so it is hard to kill the zombies. Hope you can fix that for us or maybe add a lvl 30 weapon item in the inventory for every lvl 30 character in the beginning. Thanks mate!
I don't have the file yet. But... Try loading Ryan first and put some good weapons you get into storage. Then grab from there. If not possible get good at counters and counter them to death.

Try loading Ryan first and put some good weapons you get into storage. Then grab from there. If not possible get good at counters and counter them to death.
