Step 0: download this save file, or fuck off.
Step 1: create a new career profile. Do not make a tutorial save, unless you wanna finsh it first, which defeats the purpose of this, but to each their own i guess.
Step 2: close game, then head to the following directory, with the name of profile replacing the 001_YOURPROFILENAME thing: \AppData\LocalLow\Altfuture\Derail Valley\Users\001_YOURPROFILENAME\Career\000_Career_1\Saves
Step 3: extract this aave file to that directory. overwrite any saves somehow named the same thing.
Step 4: load save game in profile. do not press continue. instead, select save with load game thing.
Step 5: enjoy the fruits of my labors.
This save includes the following:
15k cash in the wallet
The 3 post tutorial licenses and nothing else bought or earned.
Clean stats without anything earned or added.
No jobs taken or completed
Start at steelmill train depot office thing
No debt or fees
A Stopwatch. Do not ask how I got it.
A mug.
This is meant to make starting out easier and a bit more fun. see images for details.
