unlock hotkey function means when you play the game, you can use hotkey of other software. For example, you can use Weixin screenshot hotkey when you are playing the game. However, this function is only available for the version that before 2019-3-28. The newest version of DMC4SE(ver 2019.3.28) is not available
I'm guessing this also disables per-object motion blur in general, similar to the exe HEX edit? It'd be a shame as it makes the game look so much cleaner by smoothing animations.
