Dinput8.dll causes the game to crash. When i remove it from my directory game works just fine, but my mods cease to exist without it. I don't expect anyone to respond to this but i have no idea what to do. Ive seen multiple reddit posts and im not the only person with this problem, but everyones solution is just to delete Dinput8.dll. Can anyone help?
Same exact problem here, it's so annoying because no one seems to know why it's happening... best guess is something is outdated, OR something is conflicting with reframwork itself. I'll keep you posted if I find a fix.
damn that sucks, I just updated my drivers and suddenly game crashes, I thought it's the co op mod but its the reframework and it seems like we all having the same issue, that is a bummer cause I just wanted to play the entire game as dante Edit: luckily I found a fix from reddit (credit: GalaxyDragon99251) go to the dmc5 file and in dmc5config.ini change targetplatform from dx11 to dx12, have fun :)
So I haven't really found an answer to this anywhere, but in the context of using Re Engine Behavior Tree Editor, how do I use that to edit character movesets in DMC5? I want to edit Vergil's moves to swap his Yamato Combo A and Combo B if that is something I can do.
I've downloaded the latest version for use with the Co-op trainer, and now the game keeps crashing instantly on startup. Uninstalled all the mods, verified file integrity on steam, nothing is working.
I don't know what's going on but REframework keeps opening steamvr when booting up dmc5. i did not download reframework for vr. nor do i ever wanna. so why is it doing this? any fixes?
