hi I'm trying to learn how to mod audio it is VERY confusing, i have my wav converted to wem files and im fairly certain i figured out which wem i need to replace for nero, 408 and 412.wem. im using dm4 nero voicelines as a starting point since it has the bnk file for me to work off of, but when i tried to replace the files now there is no voicelines playing. i replaced them with wwise audio utilities (wwiseutil-gui) by replacing the wem files with my new ones. if you have the experience can you tell me what im doing wrong?
If you are using Ringing bloom to process your bnk file and replace wems, make sure you save your modified bnk file as a new one instead of overwriting the existing one. For me this fixes the "no voiceline playing" issue and hope this helps.
I haven't tried wwiseutil-gui but I did once experienced the same issue as yours, the main problem I suppose should be the output step instead of the replacement of wem
sorry to keep grilling you but im trying to create wems through rising bloom now, and for some reason i cant get the process to run, it seems like its hanging. i have the paths set but im doing this without instructions, is there any tips?
Have you installed .NET core 3.1? Ringing bloom requires that to function Download link:Download .NET Core 3.1 (Linux, macOS, and Windows) Newer version of .Net core might not work hopefully this helps
i downloaded but still no change, this is what I keep getting when running wem creator. i put my wav files in, click create wems and get this

Please anyone with experience let me know if you have had and resolved this issue, or if you know of a video where someone goes through the process of using rising bloom to make a mod on youtube or some other still usable software. I feel like I have an understanding of the process I've tried several ways, so its frustrating being here.
