    tried making the  new mosaic  runeword and didnt work. does  this mod include  that or   is that something  that  wont be available for us?

      This mod simply turns off the flag that restricts the runeword from being used in single player on all runewords. It has no special handling for any given runeword. Consider what other factors may have led the runeword to fail (wrong base type, etc...)

      Hmm, maybe Blizzard changed how runes.txt works in patch (e.g. could be a new flag that needs to be modified). I'll take a look.

      I was not able to reproduce. The mosaic runeword was craftable without any issue:


      It does look like the "server" column was removed from "runes.txt", so this mod doesn't even do anything anymore. There are two new columns ("firstLadderSeason", "lastLadderSeason"), but as you can see above, modifying them does not seem to be necessary. As far as I can tell, all runewords are craftable in single player with the latest version of D2R even without any mods. (I'll still push an update that blanks out the new columns, but I don't think you need it.)

      If the runeword doesn't work for you, make you you've actually pressed "Install Mods" since the last time the game updated. If you don't do that, the game will use out of date files which may simply not contain any new runewords.

      i think my d2r (crack) patch 1.4 is the problem here , but i did try on flicker or plague runeword and it work

      I'm using crack version too and the Spirit runewords don't work. Can you help me nhokopeo123?

      Maybe it’s worth highlighting in the mod description that starting from 2.6 all runewords are already available in a single player game, so this mod is not required to be installed

      It took me a while to figure this out, maybe it will save others time and have fewer questions

    Where would one put these, if they are installing manually? I got all my mods installed manually. I do not like the MM manager.

      D2RMM mods can only be installed via D2RMM. (I mean, I guess you can read the JavaScript code yourself and modify D2's files in the way that D2RMM would... but you need to have a decent grasp of JavaScript and D2 modding first.)

    I'm having issues with the Spirit runeword. Whenever I make them it just does the rune effects. I copied 2 other off line characters into the folder and everything from the characters shows up except the Spirit shields they  have.

      Yeah, having same problem. Seems this mod no longer works. Tried to create Spirit runeword on Monarch. No dice.

      Edit. Or maybe its working. Looks like I accidentally disabled it, because was using `White Drops` mod?

    I think this mod is making runeowrds not word. I tried RalOrtTal on a unique large shield that I'd socketed by using the Jewel socketing mod and it only gave the bonuses for the individual runes , not the Ancient's Pledge rune word bonus. Unless runewords only work on normal items even with mods?

      Runewords don't work on any Items beside Grey ones, yes. Not Magic, Rare, Set or Unique.

      I confess it took me a bit of time to realize I had to install the mod again on D2RMMM to have the new runewords

    Lore (Ort Sol) - Helmet runeword - Not working? (tried it out and it didn't work)

      This mod does not affect that runeword in any way since it is already a single player runeword.
      Check all the standard things you may have done wrong (wrong order of runes, wrong number of sockets, item not white, etc...)
