Updated Milabrega's Regalia a Paladin Set to have Level.20 Energy Shield instead of the Level.20 Zeal which didn't make sense on a Paladin since it would only be level.3 Zeal, so now it's Level.20 Energy Shield to make it more usable.

Changed Infernal Tools Corpse Explosion to level.20 Static Field as the +1 Necromancer level didn't make sense with the level.20 Corpse Explosion which on a necromancer would only be level.3 due to it being designed that way. Also added level.20 Dragon Tail to Death's Disguise set bonuses as the original one didn't have any charge expender. Now it does with Dragon Tail.
