Add support for customizing which terror zones appear and max monster level in Hell
This mod allows you to configure which terror zones appear in single player. If you wish, you may even force a specific zone to be terrorized.
Tz monster level cap in hell defaults to 96, but the cap may be raised to 99 for a slightly smoother leveling experience.
