Hi! I like the mod so far since it enables cross-world play without alt accounts. The behavior is a bit strange when the mod is enabled / disabled but overall I'm happy with it. Thanks :)
Warning for anyone using this as of 2023-07-23: - Before enabling the mod, empty out traveler bags and SLEEP on ALL SLOTS. If you don't do this, slots will COMPLETELY lose their old traveler bag contents. - Before disabling the mod, make sure to re-sleep on ALL SAVES. If you don't do this, the slots will revert to a less recent traveler bag.
Detailed behavior as of 2023-07-23: 1. The game seems to only save your traveler bag when you sleep. 2. Enabling SharedStash and then restarting the game seems to cause all saves to load (but not immediately save!!!) the most recent traveler bag across all save slots. For example, if you sleep on Slot 0 -> sleep on Slot 1 -> enable SharedStash -> load Slot 0, you will see the traveler bag contents from when you last slept on Slot 1. 3. If you're sad that you lost access to Slot 0's traveler bag at this point, immediately quit out of the game and disable SharedStash. Because of point #1, when you're in this state (Slot 0 and Slot 1 appear to have the same traveler bag, the one that Slot 1 most recently saved via sleep), Slot 0 isn't actually saved with the new traveler bag yet! This is because you haven't slept yet! 4. From #3, if you quit out of the game -> disable the mod -> restart the game, Slot 0 will revert to its pre-mod traveler bag. 5. From #3, if you sleep first and THEN quit -> disable -> restart, Slot 0 will have completely saved the new traveler bag (that was generated when you slept in Slot 1).
