Hey (all players) Random Dinkum Player Speaking. I'm still super new to the modding scene so this was the first mod I tried and sadly it did not work. It isn't updated as far as I can tell but there is someone who made an updated version of this mod WITH CREDIT and links to the Original ->
This mod is outdated and not updated, The link above takes you to someone who has updated it and I'm live in the "Flaming Winter Update" and It works. Loaded up the seed and it is all working.
* Additional note I could only use the vanilla generator not the seed-by-text but for me that isn't a problem. Sorry to those that, that is a problem. To be fair I was going to mess with the idea of a crazy world but that is not meant to be.
* Second / last note. Make sure you're using the correct version of BeplnEx and make sure you're putting it in the CORRECT File location
EX: Dinkum\BepInEx\plugins
When installing the BeplinEX Make sure you're putting it in the DINKUM Folder NOT Dinkum_Data!
I did but I can't remember how. I think I had to remove everything and slowly add mods back, lots broke with recent updates. Also check it has all its requirements it needs the previewer.
hey! i have bepinex 6, but with both this and preview world seed installed, my game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen on launch. i know it's these mods because removing them resolves the issue. just thought i would mention it!
Whenever I try to use this in conjunction with the Performance Meter mod I get weird numbers (maybe the seed number? - see screenshot) above the Date, instead of the time or the performance information. I've tested it, and it happens consistently when I try to use a custom map in addition to performance meter. Hope you can fix it - for now I'm just going without performance meter. Your mods are *awesome* by the way.
That's an artifact of time not passing properly in game: It will give those wrong numbers for the very first frame, and then after that it should give the correct ones and you should never notice. But whenever time is frozen (like at the very start of the game before you start building things), the game never tries to update the clock, and my mod only works when the game tries to update the clock. It shouldn't hopefully be a problem once the clock starts ticking again.
No button shows up. I downloaded the required mods and it went into the BEP plugins folder, and nothing... has anyone been able to confirm this actually works, am I missing a step?
