Hi. I am very eager to enjoy this mod. Thank you. Where do I find these skill books? I installed it mid-way Act 2. The necromancer guy isn't selling these.
I really appreciate the effort and idea behind this mod, though I would like to make a few suggestions.
The lack of animations, IE, death, climbing ladders, etc., it really breaks the immersion. Instead of having The Hand glide down or up a ladder without animation, remove their ability to do so all together and give them the "Undead Crawl" ability instead. Some text are inconsistent and require a bit of touch up. For example, spelling, "Summon Undead" Cat summons "Undead Chat", Summon "Undead Orge" summons "Undead Troll". Overall I really enjoy this mod, though I'd like to see it polished a bit more.
well i figured i would give blood thirst a test at full hp to see what it did and even at full hp it still killed me...probably should say just don't use this skill at all
Is there anyway to keep the summons from this mod but use the changes to the vanilla skills that are provided by another mod? i.e Necromancy Overhaul I'm sure I could do it by myself but don't know the first thing about Divinity Engine 2
Hey there, awesome mod, I come with some suggestions and a question. The question is if the undead resurrection can actually resurrect dead targets to do your bidding or just party members, it is a bit unclear to me since in the image you are 4 party members already and then you have delorus as some sort of summon or something xD. The suggestions are if you could add a summon lich or transform into a lich and a summon deathknight spells. I think you have really good ideas and that you could do so much more. Thanks in advanced.
it looks like there is a typo, the cat is called undead "chat" in combat, also i dunno if its another mod but i think i read a bug causing the lady vengeance lower holds to become unavailable, i have this bug and i think its this mod causing it as i didnt have it before loading this mod, im in arx btw
Hi, which version of my mod do you use ? The typo "chat" was correct in 2.4, i just verified again in the lastest version there is not the error. As for the bug in lady vengeance it's the same since 2.4 i have delete all modification made on the boat to avoid the bug.
weird i have the 2.7 ver but i believe i did update it from originally using 2.4, can that be the cause?
also how do i go about getting the files updated from the 2.4 version cause i just dragged and dropped the 2.7 ver overwriting the 2.4 files is there more to it then that?
First, thank you for the mod. I found two possible bugs: the cat summon doesn´t do normal "backstab" attack, only skills works, the pointer change to "backstab mode" but it doesn´t do it! Second, the recipe necro book + rope don´t work, no book are generated. And a suggestion, i don´think mass undead summon is necessary, only if the horde run to a target and explode or attack and die (again) with reduced dmg each (for balancing), ´cos i have 3 summons already per character plus 4 players, it´s too much for any mode instead of very hard. Create a "Source Ghost" (low life, for balancing) that steal source and keep it till you absorve him. If an enemy kill him, it´s lost but if don´t you use yours then absorve the extra point for use another source skill next round. My 2 cents Thank you again!
Hi, i have already figure the matter with the rope. I have noted in the last changelog a change of recipe for this skill (a spoon in place of a rope). I will look at the kitty backstab ;p
I will take a look at the possiblity of your fun suggestion for the source ghost ;p
Probably my fault, i was focusing at creating a firemage with the hand and surely forgot to add physical attack XD. I will look at it.
By the way, i have create but not implemented the Mass Summon and it's pretty fun to raise 10,15 skeleton in the same time. They are suicidale bombers like you suggest ^^. A bit overpowered.
Just making them 'fun to watch' better than tide turning... or you can only use them when you´re at 25% of health, the icon is grey and your seriusly hurt... then boom! it´s free to use it and 'maybe' you can stay alive... got it? like the hero explodes his ki on the face of death.
Another sugestion... a berserker undead! you set it loose far from your team and it´s attack everything in the vicinity.... yeah you got it, if you come closer to it, it will attack you too!
Imagine the panic when you decided to chase the enemy and realizes that it brought you close the berserker too! or the enemy teleports you to next it, or when the enemy decides to walk 1km to be just next to you and... the beserker follows him! "Don´t bring him next to me, you fool!! ohhh nooooo" lol funny as hell specially when multiplaying and you have someone to blame for the stupidity of cast it close to the others members

i had a moment last night in a fight, i use the 'more monsters' mod and have one summoner with the 3 summons 8ap version... It gaves me a lot of pleasure to see that i casted warrior, archer and incarnate (power and the magick infusions) on the first round then battles goes on and the warrior 'died' so i casted 'hand', rounds later the archer died (or expired, can´t remember) and i casted troll on a already spready and strategic demanding board set.... i felt happy to have that variety and useful summons. i didn´t care about the cooldowns, i have to play with what i got and they did their part worderfully one at a time AND in it´s own line of strategy and powers Don´t overpower them! it´s important to play they smart and if you have to wait 1 or 2 rounds to recast a summon again ´cos all of them died... so be it that´s the fun of the game! They can´t do the party´s job! they re here to colaborate and buy time when the party is on a stun lock time, for exemple.

I'm playing on Tactician, and felt that the Orge is really weak in term of defences for it's AP cost and INSANELY long cool-down. I'm at lv13 right now with Summoning 10-points. At most, TWO normal hits and it's armors are bye bye, making it very very prone to both physical and spell CC. It's armor stats is more inline with a squishy rogue character instead of a tank. At the current state I wouldn't call it a tank, more like a... brawler?

Have you try to desactivate my mod, load your savegame then save without it, go back to main menu reactivate my mod and load the clean save ?
