    I installed ReShade and this mod in order, but now the game crashes on startup.

    Edit. Nvm, i think turning off global vulkan settings made it work

    This isn't cel-shading, these are outlines. Cel-shading is non-gradient shadows and shading, such as the shading in games like Winder Waker or Breath of the Wild.
