Removes most voice lines to improve immersion, especially during stealth missions. Works with Project ARES. No more loudly announcing to the enemy that you are "RELOADING!!"

UPDATED FOR THE FULL RELEASE
I've updated the version that works without project ARES for the 1.01 release of the game ("vanilla").
I'm still working on the update that also works with Project ARES.
WHAT IT DOES
Removes most voice lines from vanilla Rangers as well as the Project ARES mod units including Delta and Special Forces - except the Commando Brigade units that accompany the Green Berets. Those guys keep shouting most of their lines. Now no one is loudly announcing to the enemy that they're reloading during stealth missions.
These voice lines are removed:
For use with Project ARES enable it last after Project ARES. If it's not working:
- Disable Project ARES and Go Quiet! -> restart DK2
- Enable Project ARES -> enable Go Quiet! -> restart DK2
For use without Project ARES, use the optional file "Go Quiet for Vanilla"
"Go Quiet for Project ARES" will crash without Project ARES.

- holding
- waiting for orders
- gogogo
