Description
-------------------------------
This Mod, quite simply, abolishes Specialization Points.
You instead can only learn Specializations through the purchasable Tomes, certain in-game events, or by getting a follower to offer training.
The plus side is that you can learn acquire all four specializations on one character. The negative side is that depending on your actions you might not have access to all Specializations, and certainly won't have access to all Specializations for all characters.
