About this mod
Updated 2/03/11: These addins give the player a waraxe, dagger, and a full set of armor. Light and heavy available.
- Permissions and credits
---------------------------------------
Update 2/03/11: Overhauled both packages.
- The items are now located in Faryn's merchant inventory. This is to save player inventory space, and his "previously owned" schtick could also give players a more "in character" reason for acquiring this stuff.
- The armor uses a new custom tint with a blue and grey theme to match the Warden's official colors.
- Both light and heavy sets use different armor models to better match the intent.
-Waraxe uses a different model to better match the description
-All items have a proper material, and have been upgraded to silverite and inscribed leather
-All items have had their stats tweaked or lowered to be less powerful
-Set bonuses changed and all sets properly give their bonuses. Heavy gives a defense boost and fatigue reduction. Light gives an armor bonus and small boost to attack speed (lowered from previous update). Weapons and helmet give fatigue reduction and boost to attack score.
-Items should be able to transfer to Awakening and keep their set bonuses when importing a warden, but are not available to Orlesian Wardens at this time. Will be available at a merchant or storage chest should someone want it.
-----------------------------
Update 8/03: Added a light armor version with all the same stats, except no fatigue reduction with the weapon and helm set. Uses "Dalish" style armor model.
-----------------------------
The chest piece, gloves, and boots are restricted to Grey Wardens only.
The helmet and weapons can be worn by anyone.
The pieces give bonuses to, well, pretty much everything. I'm not completely in tune with how most of the DA community plays, but I think these are not too overpowered.
Good for mid to late game when worn all together, and every class benefits in at least one piece of the sets.
No custom textures, but I tried to make them aesthetically pleasing and used different models than the most common types.
Each piece corresponds to a word in the Grey Warden's Motto: " In death, sacrifice. In war, victory. In peace, vigilance."
