Works great! I have only tried Splatterhouse so far and have no desire to change it XD. So what if its extra time per kill, its more challenging that way. Also looks WAY cooler.
NOTICE: If you load a save file from your party camp after installing, travel to a town or someplace first. For some reason when I loaded from camp and hit a random map event it didn't work. But when I loaded from a non-camp save OR from camp, went to flemeth's hut (place I was before camp so no map travel occurred) then started fighting, it worked. So the game needs a setting where it can load the mod I guess and camp or map events don't do it.
After doing some digging around, it looks like BioWare never intended to have the big deathblows with the ogres. They probably figured this would slow down the pace of combat since they die much quicker and are often found in groups of enemies. I'll see about modifying this.
I'll look into the problem and see what I can find. I know the game differentiates between "normal" deathblows and "boss" deathblows for some creatures. For instance, the epic ogre deathblow works fine for me in the Tower of Ishal (where the ogre is a boss), but I have the same trouble you do with other ogres that aren't bosses. It's in BioWare's scripting somewhere - I don't think they intended the long deathblow to play on normal creatures. I'll take a look.

Thanks for the endorsement. Nice to meet another fan of ultra-violence
i have a little problem, that, strangely, i also had with the machdelta's version, when i kill an ogre, there are 2 animations, one that kill it the simple way(just a little slice), and the other one is the awesome one(the one that i jump to the ogre, and put my sword to it's BRAIINS!!!),however, this last one does not work, i don't know why, and is because of this mod, cause i tested it out,at first i though it would be because i use the splatterhouse one, but tested it with all the flavors, and still, nothing, is there any way you fix this?
