Doesn't work, tried to install it myself and with nexus manager, i can see it in the downloaded content in the game but Bodhan does not have any of these items no matter how many times i came to him
I just spent over two incredibly frustrating hours searching the internet, trying to find a working copy of the original EA downloads. I can't find them ANYWHERE. I give up.Since they are free, and I have confirmed they are supposedly unlocked for my account by checking the "Career" in the Dragon Age Keep, I don't feel a bit guilty for using these. I would LOVE to know why EA doesn't have these links available anymore. Thank you, Mod Author!
The wiki doesn't work anymore now that they've closed social.bioware. This is the only way of obtaining the promo items (unless someone makes a mod to unlock them in their original state)
Hello apology, there is a way to make when you start a new game do not add the items of the DLC in order to configure certain merchants or that are as a reward of some missions to not break the plot
But if you are set on using this mod instead, IIRC, the Memory Band isn't a ring in it... it's a usable item, like a tome, and as such is probably grouped in Bodahn's inventory with like items.

You can download these same items for free from the Bioware site. I found this mod helpful, because I was able to use some of the items that would not activate even after logging in through the game itself. This mod saved me time and trouble of having to contact Bioware's CSS line.
Really though by the time you get to the point in the game you can buy these cloned items from the merchant, there are other items almost as good as these anyways. When you download these items through Bioware you get them as soon as you start the game..which is the kicker to why at first they offered them as promos.
Also can I request some of the items found only in some of the 'Other Campaigns' be added for purchase? http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Darkspawn_Chronicles#Notable_Items http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Leliana%27s_Song#Notable_Items http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Golems_of_Amgarrak#Notable_Items http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Witch_Hunt#Notable_Items This post was edited by JamesRaynor at 13:45, 1 November 2010"

Use the real thing, maybe? Bioware made almost all the DAO promo items available to everyone (and free) long long ago. -> See Dragon Age Promotional Items Giveaway and Downloadable content (Origins)
