I'm having trouble getting this to work correctly in Leliana's Song. When I get the chestpiece by collecting 6 leathers the version I get disappears on reload but I don't get the new version. This is with V1.1 of the base mod.
Edit: Fixed this by editing lel_im_arm_cht_lgt_02 (the Leliana's Song version of the armor) and fixing the "feature/bug" that is a incomplete reference in TemplateResRef. This fixes the issue while still keeping the custom appearance of the armor.
I'm a little confused why the original battledress needs to disappear in the first place. It's already being made to look how we want so why not keep it as is and just add the gloves/boots? As far as I can tell all this mod really does is rename the base mod's armor set and glitches out the original battledress so that it will randomly delete itself.
I think I might try my hand at a better solution for this feature that doesn't involve glitchy duplicates.
Can't get this to work sadly. :( Armor remains invisible ... any ideas what might cause this?
Edit: Okay - I was dumb and forgot to install the Sacred Ashes Armor properly. Looks amazing! However now I can not access the gloves and boots in Lelianas song, the code you posted sadly does not work for me ... any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for this. Excellent idea! I never use battledress of the provocateur because of the generic looks. Now this is a great usable armour for Leliana.
Suggestion idea: Is it possible to add optional version for Lelianas item pack armour? That one is so nice looking and now it needs console commands to unlock. That might be a problem for some.
That mod is nowhere as good as Sacred Ashes, the models are in fact just ported DA2 armors (and a bit of repainting). If you want more of those, you should use Improved Atmosphere or its components like Kirkwall Exports and Loincloth Fashion.
