Can we get a version without the spell damage nerfs?

Is there a way to make this mod compatible with no fade shroud effect? I'm tryin so hard but can't figure out how to modify .gda file.

A very promising looking mod, but I can’t get it to work for the life of me.

I’ve traveled through my mod list to try and figure out a possible conflict, but I’ve had no joy. I can’t figure out what other mod could be stopping it - I’ve tried removing things listed below such as Dain’s Fixes etc - but no matter what I remove, what I add in, this mod just refuses to take effect.

Any suggestions? Or is this just ‘one of those things’? Desperately looking for a way to tweak the fatigue penalty of combat magic!

    —Edit—

Finally figured out the problem. I stupidly managed to overlook the Improved Shapeshifting mod WITH weapon drawn casting. It now looks like I have things working.

Time to have some arcane warrior funsies!

The part about magic scaling like strength or dexterity is confusing. It says 0.5Magic = 1Attack . But in the vanilla game the strength and dex attribute works like this: 1strength/dexterity = 0.5 attack. So in comparison, your mod makes magic scale 4x better for arcane warriors than strength/dexterity for warriors and rogues. Maybe you made a mistake when you wrote down the description but if thats not the case than i question the choice of making magic scale 4x better.

Hello. I want to know if this is compatible with Qwinn's Ultimate Dragon Age: Origins Fixpack? Thanks

I can't seem to get it to work. Does it not work if you're already an arcane warrior or maybe the Dragon Age Class and Specialization Pack mod is conflicting with it?

Adding mod in the middle of playthrough should work without problem.

Dragon Age Class and Specialization Pack should be compatibile, since it only add new things and don't change enithing... But you can try to temporary disable it and see if there is any difference.

Well, Dragon Age Class and Specialization Pack isn't conflicting with it. After looking through my mods again I think it's probably Dain's Fixes messing with it. I didn't realize that it changed some spells.

Yeeees, I completely forgot about Dain's Fixes...
I'm also using then and they are compatibile, just remove these folders from them:

      Bug Fixes folder:
      Combat Magic tooltip
      Cone of Cold

      Tweaks folder:
      Winter's Grasp freeze

      Extras folder:
      Nature damage spells

Seems to be working now thank you. Although the arcane warrior abilities descriptions haven't changed aside from it saying 5% fatigue, but I don't know if they were supposed to and the changes just there

Its ok, I play DAO in different language than eng, so I didn't change spells descriptions.
