Hello!
I really wanted to play Dragon Age Origins on my couch with a controller so here's what I worked on. I think it's pretty good compared to what I have found out there, so I'm sharing it.
No need to download anything here, simply add the game on Steam if it isn't already and use my controller profile shared in the community controller profiles.
Edited 2.0. Easier and simply use Game Default Settings.
Dragon Age Origins 100% Controller

Some buttons have hold and double tap triggers. Feel free to edit Buttons # as you like and camera speed in game.
Take a look at the steam configuration. It's quite simple and it seems natural to me.
Some mods can be good with this config like ftg ui, ftg quickbar, auto loot.
On the other hand, I'm not a fan of auto loot, I like to see what I take so I made a personal binding, double tap X (PS4) which simulates a left mouse click in a specific location where "take all" is.
Same for Extra Dog Slot Mod. I made double tap up arrow that make auto click left on the dog portrait.
