No its not "Lightening" her skin. It's returning her to normal. This mod has dead on skin color for her in everything prior to DA2 itself (including DA2 concept art, official wallpapers, and avatars).
Plus they get rid of that gawdy jewelry.
Heres some food for thought for all you so called offended people.
Isabella was white in DA:O, then right before DA2 launched they decided to turn her black so that there wasn't an "all white cast". Nobody finds it offensive that the one person that they choose to turn black is the thief??
love your mod!!! where does someone get racist out of this? Looks like someone has issues. Thanks for your hard work! i realize that color me sexy just means a change in the Italian based color, to a more northern France color. Keep up the good work.
I also said I got bored of Isabella, which mean I've passed the game 14 times with her being just the way she was. NEVER said she was ugly. And just because I was bored of her appearance (again, after 14 gameplays of watching her) I made a 180-degrees change. Hence the lighter skin.
And this is seriously the last time I will be explaining myself about racism.
Ugh, she looks generic now =/ Funny how BioWare puts one darker skinned character and everyone makes mods to make her lighter...Pasty isn't attractive to me.
That being said, I don't mean to hate on the author or the mod really. But you should probably change your description if you don't want people to think you're racist because it looks like you're saying she was ugly before. I mean it's called color me sexy and it's changing her skin color lighter! That implies changing her skin color makes her sexy!
Also, I'm pretty sure that Izzy didn't change from white to darker because of some racial stuff, but rather because she is a Rivaini and it would make no sense for island folk to be so pale.

As said before: Isabela was one of the few characters whose original appearance I loved! But after playing the game a couple of times, I got bored and wanted to make a complete makeover to freshen things up!!
