i dunno would this help anybody and i hope this is okay (i can edit comment if its not) but i found some of the image comparisons confusing because not all the before images were directly next to the after images, and there were a few duplicate images, so i took the existing images (credits to the author for them) and i put them side by side to help myself understand better and i thought maybe it would help other people so:

if you get errors that x beard is being overwritten by x beard mod it is because some of the standalone beard edits seem to come with edits to the other beards too. if you want some certain beard edits to override the other, mods nearer the bottom of your mods list take priority over ones higher up in the list in either of the mod managers (frosty or dai mod manager.) you can use the arrows in either mod manager to arrange your load order in a way that your fave beard edit will override the other one if they conflict.
also, if you want facial hair to be thicker (or sparser), the beard slider in CC does come with multiple texture options for each beard as you slide it across. i know that might be obvious to some but not everybody might know that so :P
I understand that youre nusy so no time pressure, but Ive always wondered if you could give the qunari the braided dwarf beards, I never understood why the qunari werent given them in the first place i think it would go nicely with lore and culture but hey, whatever you can do would be awesome!
Thanks for the great mod, only one small complaint and that is it can be confusing which .diamond to use... for example, in your pictures you have 3 pictures of spike beards (2Siked Beard, 1Spike Beard, & 2Spike Square Center), but you have 2 spike .diamond files (Spiked10 & SpikedMiddle).... well none of those names match up with each other, so which picture is for which .diamond? I just have to install one at a time and trial/error until I figure it out.
Edit: You also seem to have duplicate pictures uploaded? Overall your pictures just need organizing, they are just scattered, it would be better to make them side by side of original/modded, easy to do in Paint.
Also if a use a couple beards that are on different slider slots, I still get all these warning overridden errors in mod manager

and that goes on for about a hundred more lines, it seems like it is still compatible, it is just really annoying having all those errors every time I merge. I would REALLY love an all-in-one .diamond that just comes with all your best beards, even if I only use on of the beards on my character, it will improve how any NPC using those other beards will look.
He means that the file names themselves aren't clearly associated with the image names. "Sfb" in Mod Manager doesn't necessarily indicate that it's Short Fuzzy Beard from this mod, when it shows up in my mod list.
Also, which file relates to the "final beard" image? That one clearly looks best, imo. Thanks for all your work on this.

If that is not what you meant, sadly I don't think I know what you meant at all...
