Port of Fuse00's HM hair for EM. Frosty only cause I also smoothed the mesh a bit so it is a bit higher poly than vanilla and so not compatible with old DAI tools. All credit to Fuse00 for making this lovely hair.

Steps:
1. Add your new weighted mesh to EF PC (I am working on tutorial about porting The Sims 4 meshes)
2. Add textures to Full Wavy
