      For me it was the same! After being in Skyhold I fast traveled to the Hinterlands and I received the achievement! :D Hope that works for you too

   "You will need to go into your game folder under update - patch - Version 15" - What does this mean? I have a steam version.

      Hi, follow your path to the patch folder. example: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch. Open it with a notepad "package". There, correct the version to 15. "Sorry for my English"

      So in order to change the version number locate your DAI folder > Update > Patch > Package.mft > change version  if you need more clarification or need a visual here is a video : https://youtu.be/rzqlRtSIsC8?t=531

   Trial of the Emperor - Frostback - will have to go through mini gauntlet to get to it (Nightmare save)
   
   →😢not working. The character is just only lv1 with every trials on.

   hi~! thank you so much for these save files, they saved me the hassle of going through this game x3 over. i just have a question, your trial of the emperor save file doesn't seem to be working, based off your description the corresponding achievement for that should actually be trial of the empress as thats the one that is tasking you to kill the dragon at lvl 16, however upon loading the save file its in the beginning of the game. is there something im doing wrong?
