Its is the Wingssims one, here's the mod Hair in mod pics. There are a couple of mods that are recommended with ANY HAIR MOD to make sure it works in game. Modded hair for Black Emporium and Enhanced Character Creation. If you install these mods correctly you should have no problem in game. Hope this helps! :D?
