Changes party banter repeat time from smallest to largest of the original 9m30s - 15min range
Optionally changes type ratio of banter (conversation\regional commentary)
Fixing long silences in some levels
Useful information
DLC levels doesn't have regional commentary and if there is no conversation left for this party, then you get completely silence
How Banter works:
main delay > type choice + 30 additional delay (removed in Type mod) > if there is available line, then play banter, if not, then go to main delay
so if there is no conversation left for this party and type ratio is something like 95%+5%, you will most likely end up with silence
the same goes to DLC levels which doesn't have regional commentary and if you type ratio is 5%+95% you get silence
so, 50%+50% is golden mean (default is 75%+25%)
