For people struggling to make Frosty work with EA app:
1. Install Datapath fix into Frosty Plugins, enable it - (Tools-->Options) 2. Disable all Launch Options in Frosty (if you had them enabled, in Tools-->Options) 3. In EA App - Disable in-Game Overlay (Settings-->Application) !!! Very important, won't work, if you won't do it. 4. Make sure to load up (open) EA App before pressing "Launch" through Frosty.
Does exactly what it's meant for. Perfect. No loss in all locations. I already completed it vanilla with high approval before, but it's annoying and un-immersive. The timer should only start after certain times depending on the location and then only "fire" every 90 seconds rather than 60 seconds to not make "rehearsel runs" to look for stuff before starting. That would be more believable to me as a) nobody would miss someone immediately after sneaking away and b) to approval not going down so fast in order to solve this without rehearsel runs or use of a guide.
However - as there is no mod available in such detail I'll happily endorse and take this for future playthroughs - for convinience.
I too am having difficulty getting this mod to work.I'm glad it at least makes it possible to regain 1 approval point by leaving the restricted area, and of course it's possible that the mod only works on the servants' quarters/grand apartments area because the game treats that as a separate map (whereas the upper garden area you get to by climbing the trellis is part of the Vestibule map). I'll see what happens when I actually get to the servants' quarters, but I hope it will actually work there.
[Edit] I thiiink I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was using FrostyFix rather than Frosty Mod Manager to launch the game. Unfortunately I didn't figure this out until after I'd finished WEWH on my current save, but better late than never!
I cannot seem to get this mod to work for me, either.
The author says to use Datapath Fix if I am having trouble with the EA app. I did try to get Datapath Fix, and failed (I don't know if I installed it incorrectly or if it just didn't work, but in my attempts to add Datapath Fix I completely broke my game and had to reinstall everything)
I am using the Frosty Mod Manager (I do not think I even have FrostyFix) to launch the game (although the EA app does open briefly when I first open the game, and I do not know how to change that)
I have not used this mod yet. I'm just commenting on diamod and frosty don't work together. I use both. They work great together provided you don't have conflicting mods in either. The YouTub post by "Food then Games" makes well thought out videos simple enough for beginners to follow. There are 3 videos to watch and follow if you want to make sure you do everything right. 1 is all about DAI mods. 1 is all about Frosty mods. 1 (the most important) is how to get diamods and frosty mods to work together. I followed her instructions to the letter and have had great success in using both. Just wanted to share this for those that want to use both. They do work together but, you must follow a process to make them work together. Also, my games are through Steam and run with the EA App. I have no issues with any of them. I turned off Steam overlay and EA overlay. I enabled Xbox controller use on Steam. It works with every game. Frosty works well with EA. Open the EA app. Then close it so it's running in the background. Launch your game with Frosty and the EA app will launch the game.
I agree! I use both Frosty and DAIMM mods and very rarely have issues. When I do, I can rest assured it is because I have installed a new mod. I will then remove one mod and see if it works. If it doesn't I put that mod back and remove another until I find the ONE mod that is giving me issues. Then I delete that mod from my saved mods and make a notation of that mod in my list of broken mods. I do however, return and see if updates are made to the mod randomly!

I tried to get Datapath Fix to work, but I somehow messed up and had to reinstall everything (the mods, base game, and Vortex itself)
I don't think I have Frosty Fix (I did not install it, so unless it was built in to my version of the Frosty Mod Manager, I do not have it)
I tried to get that, and I failed
Do you have any advice or know any helpful tutorials?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Please make daimod version, it will be very useful!
I used this guide to get frosty working on the deck, Dont worry about it being another game, just change to dai when needed :)
