About this mod

We have a ton of unique faction armors - there's no reason to start the game wearing rags.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
  • Discontinued - I won't be updating this anymore
  • Requires The Swap Library to work.
  • Important: Only use one version of this mod at a time.
  • The armor swap will not show up during CC, but once the game loads, it will work correctly.
  • Each version replaces the respective class starter with the faction variant.

I focused on the unique-to-faction looks, but I also wanted some that made sense as a starter armor and looked practical. So I avoided barefoot models when possible and toned down some of them (feathers, ropes, etc). I also didn't follow the light/mage, medium/rogue, and heavy/warrior - I went with vibes and with things I found while going thru the Frosty Editor.

SHADOW DRAGONS
  • Mage: Battle Robes (no cape)
  • Rogue: Brawler's Decorated Leathers (less ropes)
  • Warrior: The Snake's Skin (no coat)

VEIL JUMPERS
  • Mage: Dalish Wraps
  • Rogue: Time-Tested Trappings
  • Warrior: Arlathan Archivist's Robes

MOURN WATCH

  • Mage: Death's Disciple
  • Rogue: Striking Misfortune
  • Warrior: Pillar of the Departed

ANTIVAN CROWS
  • Mage: Plumage of the Mad Crow (no feathers)
  • Rogue: Clandestine Caster's Cowl (no bag nor jacket)
  • Warrior: Contoured Skirmish Jacket

LORDS OF FORTUNE
  • Mage: Unique Commanding Mage's Outfit (this was LoF cut content, I found it so pretty!)
  • Rogue: Rivaini Panoply
  • Warrior: Casings of Fortune (no leg armor)

GREY WARDENS

  • Mage: Garb of Kinship (no skirt, but this one isn't on purpose, I can't find the asset lol)
  • Rogue: Reinforced Regiment Leathers
  • Warrior: Frontline Plated Mail

Special thanks to
PinkyDude for TSL
And to Frost0016 for the Mesh Swap tutorial

Modding to DATV is new, proceed at your own risk. This is my first Frosty mod, so lmk if there are any bugs and so.

Recolors should work with it, but no mods that alter the root levels (non-library ones)
