Step 1 - disable Bloom:
- go to your documents folder -> Bioware -> Dragon Age The Veilguard -> settings - open the file "ProfileOptions_profile" with a text editor - find the line "GstRender.UI_Bloom 1" - replace the "1" with a "0"
Step 3 - Download my preset to compensate for the Bloom changes to sharpening, brightness and contrast.
Step 2 - Install ReShade and use my preset during the installation to select all needed components
Step 4 - change ingame brightness to around 70-75, depending on your taste
