depends on if they edit the same entries. i try to keep my own mods compatible and have not come across a mod that edits the same files. in use with a mod similar to Apostrophe Consistency (don't know if they're incompatible, just that it edits a lot of entries) putting this mod below that one would ensure you get the functional changes from both.
