Hi, so I'm having a motion blur issue with the Rivaini Panoply replacement. It's basically what it sounds like, the mesh just blurs all weird and funky like until the character settles and stops moving. I confirmed I'm using the correct version of Frosty with the mod and it's the only one I have installed aside from the DA2 Chest Appearance Unlocker. Any tips? Maybe on the Graphics Settings or something?
I'd still love a version without the cape, personally. Since I'm absolutely hopeless at editing things myself but I'd love to use the Brooch outfit with the pants. Would you be willing to share your capeless Brooch file with me, by any chance?
Is it required to use Joel's MM I use the other one and when I try to equip the Panoply armor my game freezes then CTD's. This armor looks amazing with the pants.
Might be that my graphic settings are just too low, but I have some blurring issues. Vanilla parts of the armor drag a sort of blurry streak behind even with 1.1 (im not sure if this is the 'stretching' or if im having a separate issue)
Loved the original upload of this mod! I went to update to version 1.1 and hit a snag though with the project files you included (I made a custom recolor of the textures for the Panoply). When I try to open the project in Frosty Editor it won't respond and simply gives me the message: (WARNING) [project file name/location] is not for Dragon Age The Veilguard.
The original project file you provided still works, as does my previously customized one. So is there something I'm doing wrong or is there perhaps an issue with the project file itself? Thanks for your time!
Right, I keep forgetting to add this to the description. Version 1.1 was created in Joell560's release of Frosty, and you need to use that version to edit it.
Hello! Thank you for sharing this, I can finally play as a LoF thanks to this mod!
If it interests you, parts of the Rivaini Panoply disappear when rook is suffering an affliction. For example, the belt section becomes invisible when Rook is shocked, leaving empty space. When hit with necrosis, the shirt disappears, though the torso remains. Haven't been hit by anything else. I am playing as a female elf and use my own swap library.
Shaders are unfortunately finicky like that. (Each status effect uses a different shader with its own entry in the database that stores data about the armor appearances.) We are still in the process of figuring them out. And by we, I mean mostly Joell. Thank you for the report though, it's always useful to have extra data!

Hello, friend! Thank you for modding this, it's exactly what I've been hoping for! It won't affect my use of it as casual clothes, but I wanted to let you know that in my game, parts of the armor seem to... stick, and lag when the model is in motion. When Rook holds still it looks fine, but in motion it's like he's wearing haunted ghost armor or something lol. I'll upload a few examples, let me know if you want something else.
I love this. I have been dreaming for a version of these two outfits with pants but without the chest pieces. I would really like something for my character to walk around shirtless. The Not So Modest Brooch mod was a start but your mod with the pants and without the chest pieces would be perfect.
Thank you so much for taking the time. I just tested it out and it looks great. My dear Spellblade, Magnus, can finally let breath his glorious chest and tattoos...
A bit of technical feedback : in cutscenes, when the camera is far from the character, the blue texture becomes all spiky. It comes back to normal when the character gets at close or mid-range. To be precise, it seems the texture from the side of the pants, "slides/transfers" to the front of it and generates these pyramidal/spiky structures.
I'm glad you like it! That's some strange behavior you encountered. I never heard of it before (though mesh imports are still relatively new territory, so it's no surprise). I'll ask around in the DAV modding discord to see if anyone knows of a fix.
Hi Gabett. I talked about it on the DAV mod discord and Frost sent me a little mod to increase LoD for Rook body, gear and collar. I tested it on the few cutscenes where the problem was the most visible and it seems to do the trick. I am going to test it even further to be sure but it looks very promising.
I love this!! Tysm! The Rivaini Panoply is gorgeous. I'm having a bit of a... crotch problem. I tried the 'bulge' slider and having it maxed helps, but I'm unsure if this is simply because I have it on my masc Rook or what lol
Ugh I'm disappointed to hear that. I modeled the pants on the masc version and paid special attention to the crotch area. I guess the morphing in-game is a bit different from the base exported masc model. I'll see if I can make some adjustments! (It just might not be very soon, I have a lot going on right now.)

Thanks for your time, appreciate it.
Would it be possibly to get a cape-less version? I hate having to choose between having pants and that silly cape.Nevermind. With Eterna's help on Discord, I did it myself.
Would you be willing to share your capeless Brooch file with me, by any chance?
But also congrats on making your own edit!

Is that possible ?
