IF ANYONE HAS PROBLEMS WITH THE HAIR COLOR NOT SHOWING, YOU NEED TO HAVE STRAND HAIR ON. HAVING LIGHTING QUALITY BELOW HIGH LOCKS THE OPTION TO TURN IT ON SO YOU AT LEAST NEED TO HAVE LIGHTING QUALITY AT HIGH AND TURN ON STRAND HAIR.
Everything on Low preset, Lighting quality High, Strand Hair On.

Everything on Low preset, Lighting quality Low/Medium, Strand Hair Off.
If anyone is interested in editing follower hair colors in Frosty Editor: Characters/Actors/(FollowerName)/...Head_Preset - Items/(Number with the Hair_item/Overrides/HairTint)
I can upload frostyproject file if people want it. Should be easy to track down tho.
Not sure why, but even with just this mod in frosty it wont load, tried old and new files, wish i could figure it out, really like this mod. Tried on a new game and existing
AAAANNNNDDDD just like that, i figured it out, i think the texture has to be set to fade touched, worked perfectly after that, and the makeup mod i had that wasnt working worked as well
Alright I think I also figured it out, Lighting Quality being below High turns off and lock Strand Hair which breaks the mod. Thanks for the heads up though, definitely helped me check it.
glad i could help, i have to work in a few hours and haven't slept yet, was about to tear my hair out trying to figure this out. it was at that point when i remembered inquisition needed max setting for textures
The eye colors are directly in the NPC's head mesh and it is not supported in the editor yet so you'll have to wait until the dev implements mesh editing.
So I have the mod in, but Neve's hair is still Black. I don't have any other Neve mods so I don't know why it won't show. Maybe there's two different Neve models? One for the one that gets hurt in the beginning scene, as that's how my Neve looks right now.
I have uploaded a new version, can you test if it works for you? I did forget to apply the hair tint to the Blighted preset, maybe thats the reason? Also check the spoiler tag below for extra info. It does work for the hurt Neve head too.

Can you also check if its editing any files from the mods that you have? It shouldn't from what I can see but you can also move the hair mod up to the top and test with the arrows.
You dont have to put it to Fade-Touched settings btw, just the lighting quality to high and strand hair on, in case it wasn't too clear. Appreciate you checking it out nonetheless.
Yea, unfortunately, I don't even have the minimum for this game. But I wanted to play it so badly, I ignore that. So I have to keep all settings really low in order for it to preform. I tried just having the lightning on high, and than turn on strand hair but it lags too much to be playable. But I definitely love this mod. So if I ever get new specs, this is going in for sure.
Edit: Okay! So I turned the lighting back to low, and though strand hair was greyed out, it remained on, and Neve has silver hair! It's darker because of the lighting, but it works! So anyone with low specs, you can turn lighting to high, turn on strand hair, then turn lighting back down and everything is gucci.
Can you try the new version? If it doesnt work check the reply I sent to QueerBear's post. EDIT: Check the sticky or ShadowGamez303's comment for the fix.
