There is an APP on Steam, that allows Sparking Zero to go FullScreen full Refresh Rate of your Monitor. Let me tell you, it is a game changer, smooth as butter in summer. It's called Lossless Scale.
lossless scale doesnt exactly make the game that fps. its an overlay that gives you the fake frames. it has a noticable input latency so it can throw off timings for counters and beam-repel timings depending on circumstances. i would only potentially suggest that for online play (ironically) because the mod doesnt allow online play. lossless scaling is an overlay tool however but it will never compare to real frames.
I get roughly 130fps on average on an i5-12600k with 16GB DDR4 RAM and an RTX 4070 at 1440p Max settings. The mod works great, only thing I noticed was the game felt somewhat sped up in the main menu but once you get to a fight the game runs normally.
Does not work for me, put the files in many different locations including the ones specified in the instructions, no-go, locked in 60 fps max despite v-sync off. Shame, would be a grand mod
You gotta take the stuff outta the folders instead of just moving the extracted folders to where the instructions say. It worked for me once I did that.
Tried that also, no go, also the mod that needs to go with it does not work (maybe thats the whole case) and produces some kind of error in witch i can't open it from shorcut, need to open steam and launch the game from there. But srsly thank you for your reply.
For some reason every time my friends and I try online with the mod we immediately get disconnected once the battle starts. With people who have the mod and don't have the mod.
