For peoples who want to do bgm edits themselves here's the Audio Modding Tutorial made by Saitsu from Unreal Anime Mods discord server, the Method 1 is the one you want to use.
I've gained a lot of time for the step 2 and 3 (Find all the cue ids, import/export wav files, hca conversion and looping) by using the software Yona , which recently had an update for supporting Sparking Zero BGM, just make sure to select the second DBSZ template with "BGM" in the title, note that for the moment as i said in description there is overlaping issue with menu and sparking bgms so don't mess with thoses too much, also the volume cannot be set neither in the game, the app or an ini file, you MUST lower it yourself using an audio sofwtare like Audacity using effects -> amplifies -> -"the number you seem fit" (I used mainly -12).
Also for the most part of the bgm you will need to make loops, loops are in sample units, i personally use audacity and put "Samples" instead of seconds or minutes and then put my cursor where i want the loop to start and to end to know the samples, Yona helps a lot for that aswell as you can import a folder full of .wav songs you want to convert and edit them one by one in the same windows and finally just press "Build". Note that Yona remember the infos you've put for different file names.
If you want to listen the audio file named bgm_main.awb that contains all the files of the game or simply hca files from my mod or others you will need the audio player Foobar2000, the plugin VgmComponent, the UE Viewer and Extractor Fmodel to extract the file and the hcakey (you can find it on Fmodel Discord server for exemple).
All thoses limitations does not depends on me but on the tools and file types i have at my disposal, if your struggling don't hesitate too come on Unreal Anime Mods Server that's where i've learned to do that in the past few days and there are other tutorials and informations that you may find useful.
Thank you! This is amazing! If you're ever going to more I know it's less popular but please consider doing a Falconer version. The LSSJ movie music on Z Broly would be insane!
No sorry I do not plan to do Falconer's OST, I personally didn't grew up with it, don't have any affect for it and quite honestly didn't like it, but there is a tutorial to do it yourself if you want but my only focus for this mod is Dragon Ball's Japanese Animes & Movies music and will not accept any other requests.
awesome, it's the most complete we can find, thanks a lot. And it would be the most PERFECT and ULTIMATE Sparking Zero Music Mod if you :
- Could make your mod musics enable for sparking musics - make the battle music stop when sparking music is activated (sometimes it does and sometimes not) - rename the audio tracks in game (Anime OST (Japanese OST) mod uploaded by Phesomt12 succeded to do it) - Add genkidama theme, Oav 9 and 13 ending themes, dbz ending 2 "we were angels", trunks vs frieza theme
I will not respond to everything as I did since 5 days and all the informations you seek are in the description (mainly for sparking music) but genkidama theme and M1412 (the trunks vs frieza bgm you're talking about I presume) are already here, yeah I could add more endings too but we are at the begining of an issue, it's to find where, but I surely keep it in mind. Isn't We Were Angels already in the Anime BGM DLC ? because I try to not add any music from it, that would be silly as there already official slots for them, I prefer using base game slots for new tracks.
For the naming of the tracks yeah I know some have manage to did it but there is 4 things to know, 1: I don't know how, 2: I plan to swap some more files in the future and maybe add more too so that would be a mindfuck to accurately rename them all after every minor updates 3: the audio files from DB/Z are mostly edited and have like 3 to 6 or maybe more tracks lasting 30 seconds to 1min30 because that's how kikuchi's ost works so how can I possibly name thoses ? (and I will not search for 3 to 6 or 7 bgm ids names per files and add them all on the name it would not be very readable, would takes ages and everybody can do it as well as me as I've never done it myself) and finally 4: there is issues with different langages, i personnaly play the game in french and probably half of the users of this mod are, but there is also americans and spanish peoples, I cannot support all versions and don't want to spend my time on doing so, therefore there would be questions or issues in posts section regarding that aswell that could shadow the issues and questions regarding the main purpose of the mod.
EDIT : Added Ore ga Yaranakya Dare ga Yaru and Ginga o Koete, Rising High in the same track for M_1011 named Beyond Good and Evil, pretty pertinent request as those are TOP Kageyamas songs that I have forgot to add.
Anyone using this mod try out my custom battle: 4-085-225-838 Rotates through a few songs from this mod, while playing, the custom battle is easy if you are decent or good player, make sure to abuse the supers and skills.
Wow thanks ! I really wanted this kind of usage for my mod, it allows some anime accurate filler custom battles from the jingle to the different types of tracks you can choose for each scenes, that's dope !
If other peoples want to share their custom battles created with my mod in mind (or just fitting well) don't hesitate to post them in reply here, if the post get too long i will unstick it and add them in description.
You inspired me to make my own using the songs from this mod. Feel like I could of toned down the difficulty a tad. But it's pretty much designed for you to win.

Also , thank you Ryderflo for making this possible with your mod!
Hi Ryderflo, I’m not sure if you’re still active, but I hope you’ll update the mod to be compatible with the new installation method. It would be great to eliminate the need for reloaded.exe and have the song titles updated to match those in the mod. Thanks!
Hey look here :https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonballsparkingzero/mods/436
This mod has Pak files and every track is remastered and properly looped. Unfortunately the reload mod from ryderflo has terrible loops and music is too quiet. Have fun with it 👌🏽
With the new characters added by the latest DLC, this mod no longer works as intended. The music is still there, but for some reason now instead of seeing the names of the new characters and their abilities, you see the game file titles. Hoping this gets updated soon cause I greatly prefer the music from this mod compared to the game
Hey guys, some tracks i buy in the shop don't appear in the track selection. Do you know how can i solve this problem ? I tried running the gamme from steam and not the mod it didn't work.
I love this mod, thank you for your work and for rocking us with these soundtracks. If you could add “Solid State Scouter”, the Bardock theme, that would be awesome!

Any chance to get a fix for the DLC character names being messed up ?
If not do anyone know a way to fix it ourselves ?
