LockedStickyRemember, you can always open the Engine.ini file and change the settings at the bottom as you see fit. Even completely add new settings or remove them. It's your game, and you get to decide how to play!
Tips:
If your splitscreen view is affected when using this mod, add the two lines below to the bottom of the Engine.ini file:[/Script/EngineSettings.GameMapsSettings]

If you want to re-enable CA, turn these settings to 1:r.TonemapperFilm=1

You have to use the version without FPS unlock for that. This is a bug when running the game above 60 FPS. Nothing I can do to fix it.

What worked for me is searching in Engine.ini the line "FixedFrameRate" and change it to something over 30 like 31 and the genkidama worked

Yes, because that limited the framerate to under 60. You could set it to 60 if your PC is capable.
