Ok, I think I screwed up. Every time I try to open the mod manager, it keeps saying, "Windows protected your PC." Is there something I'm doing wrong, or am I just stupid?

Edit: Ok, I kinda fixed it, but I still can't add mods.

For some reason when I am trying to uncheck the box for limitless v4, it says "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application... ... Could not find a part of the path". The manager works perfectly for disabling other mods. Could it be because the mod name has tons of Zs on it? It's named something like zzzzzzzzzlimitless for file loading purposes

If you have it located under the OneDrive folder (which seems to be the case for a lot of people, it will not run, so be sure to check that basically it's y our real Desktop folder and not the OneDrive one for example)

Downloaded it for the second time (new pc) however I can’t seem to get it to work I’m saving mods as stated in the comment  below.

I try to open manager it asks me to download the Microsoft net  but I have and so it doesn’t download properly.
