. . Imminent Triumph - Guitar Arrangement Mod. v1.0. Hello!



. . . . Introduction.


This mod will replace the regular version of "Imminent Triumph" with the Guitar Arrangement version, as heard in Dragon's Dogma's Original Soundtrack.

BACK UP, RENAME, SALVAGE, ANYTHING THE FOLLOWING FILES. If anything goes wrong, this would allow you to restore things.

DDDA/nativePC/rom/bbs_rpg.arc
DDDA/nativePC/sound/stream/bgm/wave/No_050.sngw
DDDA/nativePC/sound/stream/bgm/wave/No_051.sngw

In addition, if you are already using a mod which modifies bbs_rpg.arc, you'll have to learn how to extract its contents and rebuild it with the data found in "bbs_rpg contents".

. Copy the "nativePC" folder over to your game's folder.

. Try to launch the game. If it doesn't work right away...

. Try rebooting your computer, then try launching it again. (I don't know how or why or what, but it works.)



. . . . Uninstallation instructions.


. Delete the following files:

DDDA/nativePC/rom/bbs_rpg.arc
DDDA/nativePC/sound/stream/bgm/wave/No_050.sngw
DDDA/nativePC/sound/stream/bgm/wave/No_051.sngw

. Restore the backups of those files you've made right before installing this mod. If you forgot about or lost your backups, let Steam verify your files.

. Try to launch the game. If it doesn't work right away, try rebooting it.

. . Will this work with (mod which modifies bbs_rpg.arc)?

Not right away, most likely.

You'll have to extract bbs_rpg.arc's contents and merge the folder located in "bbs_rpg contents" with your extracted bbs_rpg, then rebuild it.
Yes, this sounds like a lot of work, but no, it's actually fairly quickly done. Look up ARCtool.


. . I noticed a bug related to this mod's modifications and I am certain it is not caused by other mods clashing or interfering!

Try and notify me somehow and I'll look into it.

I'm sorry to hear that. Revert to the backups you hopefully made before having attempted to install this and see if it works, and if it doesn't, try and validate your files with Steam.
