With the help of @Nyvrak the mod was rebuilt and now uses loose files. That means you need to enable Loose Files in REframework and use Mesh Mod Enabler to make everything work. Since version 3.0 uses Loose files now you can install both masquerade gown and the coronation gown together. I also integrated the invisible parts fix in each option, so there is no need for using additional mod. And since this mod is no longer uses any user.2 tables, it will no longer conflict with such mods.
Divides Courtly Tunic and Breeches into different installations. Different recolours for the gowns and the main mod are bundled together. Fixed clipping for Beastern characters. Added Coronation outfit replacer. Note that Coronation gown cannot be installed at the same time as the main mod because they edit the same files!
I finally figured out how to properly swap meshes, so I made 5 real gowns for feminine Arisen. They would only work on feminine characters because there are unfortunately there are no versions of those meshes for masculine characters in the game files. I plan to do recolours for those gowns in the next update.
Made a fix for invisible parts for those who still encountered issues even with invisible parts fixer mod installed. Install it separately and keep it on for all 2.0 gowns.
lol. I'm super bummed that I don't own the PC version of the game, so I can't actually use any of these mods yet. But I rabbit holed here on a whim just to see what the modding scene was like for DD2. ....and (like Dragon Age Inquisition's nutcracker suit fiasco) an actual dress to wear to the royal court was my top priority. (and I know that sounds sarcastic, but it honestly isn't. It's such a simple design thing that developers are CONSTANTLY overlooking/not caring about.) Seriously, THANK YOU for acknowledging that fantasy games with a ballroom segment deserve to have actual ballgowns in them. My femPC's Cinderella moment doesn't need to be ruined by a forced crushed velvet pantsuit.
i understand you, as a noble, royal family lover. I download Transmogify, this mod and vermundian royal dress. I hired 2 female human pawns and dressed all of them as a noble and princess. 10/10 experience for sure.
Absolutely love this, but the charming corset makes the section right above the corset completely disappear. Just walking around with a gaping void above my chest. Am I missing something?
Spent 2 days trying to update this mod myself. Cant wait. Turns out this bloody patch is somehow breaking the game when repacking topsswapsdata.user.2. Loading it as loose file fixes it, but doesnt make any changes to the outfit. Packing the mod or even original topsswapsdata into a pak file is causing infinite loading as before. All this means that currently any mod that makes changes to this file wont work. Extremely annoying. One thing to note is that there's re_chunk_000.pak.patch_008 that was added with one of the updates which also has the same file. They probably added something new to that file? I suspect that is the cause of the conflict and that also probably explains why I'm seeing vanilla outfit when installing the mod as a zip with loose files. This patch most likely overrides it as it has higher priority over original chunk_000. I also tried to unpack the same file from the patch archive and repack it back into a standalone pack as a mod. It does load but causes bad weird things in the game, like making pawns naked, etc.. Probably not the way to go either.. I'm out of ideas on how to fix it.
Thank you for your detailed comment. I suspected one of the patches included files I edited, good to know which one it is. I will update the mod as soon as I have time 🙌🏻
Hi I know you've been busy. I got really excited about this mod until I realized dragon dogma update broke almost half of its mods lol. Hope this updates soon! Thanks for the mods.
Nice as a fellow modder i hate game updates lol i wish they could update games without breaking mods lol take your time and thanks for wonderful mode <3
do you plan to update this for the latest update? :( literally the only reason i played this game was with this mod. but game wont load after the update if i have this installed. :( please fix it <3
I don't currently have time to play DD2 and I haven't checked the new update. But if it's not working I will try to find the reason why and update it eventually.

Edit: Figured it out and fixed the mod.
