What dose this mod do?
In layman's term this mod removed the stats' growth cap, hence you will never hit the cap and make each vocation drastically different in terms of stats the higher your level.
Dragon's Dogma 2 vanilla stats mechanic explained:
Your base stats compose of three contributors:
- Default stats - Same for everyone
- Vocation adjustment stats - Vary across all vocations. Static.
- Vocation & level up stats - Vocation & level up stats both cumulative together until you hit the "Stats Normalization" AKA stats cap.
Your final base stats should be:
Default stats + vocation adjustment stats + (Stats cap)vocation & level up stats.
Note:
Since this mod removed the stats cap, and stats growth is shared across you and your main pawn. There is a big chance your main pawn will be banned from online features.(Starting from version 2.0 only affect Arisen)(2.0 didn't behave as intended, 3.0 addressed that)
- Also because the game's level cap is at 999, if you grind hard enough you will get overpowered at very late game. Likely after level 200.
Build Resource:
I will put up some statistic for vacation growth per level of each class in the article section, so with this mod you can min max if you want.
Possible To-Do List:
- (In game options)Stats growth curve
- (In game options)Option to effect pawn as well
- (In game options)Vocation correction altering
- (In game options)Pawn's stat normalization correction
- Optimization
Since how now this mod only affect Arisen, I really doubt your main pawn will get ban from online activity if you don't jack up their stats before they hit their "Stats Normalization". But, since, I am not within the game Dev I can't give you 100% assurance.
