Sorry for the delayed responses to the posts. I have been mired in another mod which has dominated most of my time over the past 3 weeks while also working on getting this mod back to a working state. I am nearing completion of the other mod and that will free up more time to focus on this one. I promise I will get around to responding to everyone who has of yet not gotten a response. Thanks for being patient with me!
For some reason the game crashes every time I try to spawn a skeleton. Also, sometimes the mod doesn't spawn anything, or stops spawning after a few spawns. I would greatly appreciate if someone could shed light on why this happens.
Thank you for this mod, it really helped out on several occasions. I did however manage to mess up my session once, when I accidentally tapped multiple times on "spawn" when I had it set to sets of 20 enemies XD . Safe to say the game engine was overwhelmed and I had to crash the game, but that was 100% my mistake.
Great mod. It's actually pretty stable, except there are moments when the spawn+ sometimes adds more monsters than necessary even at 1 extra, that and the bosses getting duped sucks too. I think an ability to customize extra spawns per enemy type (like bosses, goblins, etc), would make this complete. I doubt the OP is coming back though. :( I'd give it a try if I knew where to begin.
It would be awesome to have a hotkey for disabling the Spawn+ system. Currently it seems we have hotkeys for singular spawn/delete/delete all, but being able to trigger the global spawn system without going to the menu would be awesome.
Thanks rbwadle for this mod!!!!! IM LOVING IT. However, I wanted to know if there was a way to use the Spawn+ mechanic without spawning extra bosses? From what i tested, Spawn+ 1 = 1 extra copy of every individual spawn (2x monster spawns), Spawn+ 2 = 3x monster spawns and so forth... And all is good and epic until I have to fight 4 dragons.
Would a feature like this be possible and EASILY added to the existing mod? (I'd love this, but don't wanna sound like an entitled c**nt gievn that I'm reaping all the benefitsfromf you mod and none of the hard work) Thank you for breathing life into my game man, appreciate it!!!
I was thinking about that as I designed that feature. There is an IsBoss attribute within the metadata for each spawned enemy so that would possible to implement without needing to hard-code a static list of enemy id's. I think the best option would be to provide an option to split spawn+ for normal and boss mobs. i.e if you want 3 extra normal enemies but only 1 or no extra boss enemies. Work has been hectic for me lately so my freetime for mod updates is a bit tight but once folks start to go on vacation I should have more time to add this.
Good day! I've been enjoying your mod and quite frankly it's just not as good of a game without it. The feature you are talking about here, splitting spawns for regular enemies and boss enemies so I can have 20 Saurians in a battle without having to worry about 15 Griffins descending upon me making my Computer explode is the one feature that keeps this mod from perfection. I have read some other posts of yours and I wish you all the best with your passion and work. But I really hope we get one final "Hurrah!" for this mod to add my desired feature and some others that fans have been requesting.
Yeah, having the ability to have more enemies without spawning extra bosses would be amazing. Right now if you use Spawn+, the game occasionally loves to spawn extra drakes that die instantly and spam you with their death quote about 'cannot escape your fate' even before you see them.
Perhaps you could implement an 'exclusion' function to simply ignore specific enemy/boss when going through additional spawns.
Enemies disappear quite often between battles, I understand it's because they hit the game limit. Is there any way to get rid of this problem? Thank you for your work!
How do you bring up the menu to select a monster to spawn? I can press + to spawn a saurian but the instructions don't specify how to open the menu they're talking about.
I've also noticed that when I reload my save that has multiplied enemies, the enemies will continue to multiply making it harder on every subsequent attempt.

That being said when I reload the game (mostly for testing) I can't spawn monsters anymore, I have to launch the game entirely. And I got those :
Seeing your sticky, I want to add this can wait, I'm in no rush thanks again for the great mod :)

Use multi-spawn with modesty!!
