I would further update but life is busy at the moment.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Elden Ring but...

-more runes
-unique weapons tweaked and buffed independantly
(Maliketh's Black Blade, Black Knife, and Gargoyle Black weapons deal DOT as well as all weapons tied to Mohg dealing increased bleed as well as DOT. Godskin based weapons deal black flame DOT. DOT as Damage over time. All unique weapons buffed by 5% increase to damage as well as others being given more stats)
-more heal regen items
(Crimson seed talisman heals over time, blessed dew heals based on percentage)
-FP Regen items
(Cerulean seed talisman restores FP as well as spelldrake talismans)
-Talismans are more worth
(General tweaks to many talismans, may take recommendations on some others!)
-unique weapons rebalanced and tweaked
-Late game no longer feels like a chore to complete
(Tried to balance more like endgame DS3, so it should be more possible for low level runs)
-Chad Radahn hardest boss
(self explanatory)
-Blackflame Monk Amon replaced by a weaker Malenia
(A reward for people who figure out how to get the spirit ash)
-Boss Malenia nerfed
-Bleed has been overhauled to prevent shredding bosses and to better clear low health enemies!
(If Mohg causing the same bleed is too strong please let me know!)
-Magic FP cost increased by 3x because FP regen would be too op at base cost
-There are many more changes, I've done too many changes to remember them all!
-Crimson and Cerulean tears changed slightly to add a fixed percent of recovery for either

-Changes since upload-

-Godskin Swaddling Cloth buffed, should trigger every 2-3 hits for 1% +10 HP and 1% +5FP
-Added DOT + bleed inflicted over 2s to Bloodflame blade and health sap to user (1% per sec)
-Had to nerf chad Radahn HP, wasn't paying attention and gave him 133k+ HP
-Royal Remains HP regen changed, no longer requiring low HP to trigger
-Scepter of the All-Knowing buffed, critical damage changed to 75, up from 50
-Three different types of buffs to armor types to improve stats based on class types; Absorptions unchanged-
Mage/Cleric- Increased FP and elemental resistances, lowered HP, FP cost, and physical defenses.
Warrior/Knight- Increased HP, Stamina, physical resistance, and poise, lowered FP and elemental resistances
Hybrid- Increases to HP, FP, Stamina, and all resistances
--NOT ALL ARMOR IS EFFECTED--
-Talisman changes;
Elemental Resistance talismans changed accordingly
-Increased FP with Spelldrake (already has minor FP regen)
-Increased Stamina with Flamedrake
-Increased Poise with Boltdrake
-Increased status resistance with Haligdrake
-Royal Remains set now changed to be 2 hp/s per piece at a 3% lower absorption per
-Crossbows buffed, range per crossbow changed, Crepus's Black-Key Crossbow now has innate scarlet rot (Scaling on crossbows doesn't work but is being investigated)
-Status resist talismans buffed
-Blood infusions now deal bleed over time similar to bloodflame items thought heavily weakened compared to said items
-Added innate bleed Dot for weapons that have innate bleed, changed bleed infusions to be stronger and bloodflame weapons are more potent. Applying the bleed DOT now lowers enemy bleed resist to help deal constant bleed, bleed damage buffed from 1% + 100 to 2.5% +100.
